At Supreme Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized freight partners will contact you to schedule a convenient window for professional curbside collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
